Description from the seller

A late Victorian sterling silver caddy spoon, London assay, 1898–1899, by Samuel Jacob Lilienfeld, with finely modelled naturalistic decoration. The leaf-form bowl is engraved “Edinburgh”, and the slender handle terminates in detailed thistle heads, a popular Scottish motif of the period. Fully hallmarked for sterling silver and presented in its original fitted case. A well-preserved example of late 19th-century souvenir silver, combining decorative appeal with clear provenance.
