TANC, born Tancrède Perrot on May 11, 1979 in Paris, is a French artist, electronic music composer, illustrator and graffiti artist.
Tanc received training at the Penninghen School of Graphic Arts in Paris.
In March 2013, he participated in the 'Francophonie Month' in Beirut at the Institut français du Liban.
In 2014, he produced a street-art collection for Monoprix stores.
Tanc stands out from traditional graffiti artists with a body of work that is essentially based on the line, while prioritizing spontaneity. A portion of his work relies on calligraphy.
