Bundled partial facsimile of the famous Wenzelsbibel, one of the most significant medieval splendid manuscripts of Europe (Original ca. 1390–1400, Prague).
The present lot consists of a total of 8 pages:
• 4 pages introductory/title leaves on paper
• 4 pages high-quality facsimiles on thick parchment, sewn
(none of the sheets loose)
Edited by the Akademische Druck- und Verlagsanstalt (ADEVA), Graz, in the 20th century.
The leaves show richly illuminated scenes and floral scrolls in the style of the original manuscript and served as a bibliophile facsimile edition for collectors and institutions.

Condition:
The parchment facsimile leaves are in excellent condition, without damage, cracks or creases.
The introductory and title leaves on paper show light, age-related signs of wear, but no creases, cracks or defects.
Overall a very well-kept, collector-worthy lot.
On the photographs visible dark areas are light-related shadows of the shot.
