This elegant vase features a bulbous body and flared neck, richly enamelled in the Famille Rose palette with a vibrant array of butterflies in various patterns. The motifs are divided by a decorative band and highlighted with gilded shou symbols (寿), representing longevity.
The base bears a red character mark: 大清乾隆年製, which translates to: “Made in the Qianlong period of the Great Qing Dynasty.” 20th century.
