Description from the seller
Abstract Impulses No. 6/2025
Oil on canvas, 60 × 80 cm
This work is part of the Abstract Impulses series, a cycle in which every painting is born as a unique and unrepeatable gesture, guided by the balance between instinct, matter, and chromatic construction. In this piece, the 60×80 cm format allows a broader and more layered reading, where color becomes space and rhythm.
The composition is dominated by an intense and deep palette: bright yellows, warm reds, dark greens and blues emerge and overlap, creating visual tensions and pauses, like fragments of light rising from a dense, lived-in material. Each area of the painting dialogues with the others, maintaining a dynamic balance that shifts depending on the observer’s distance.
As in all the works in the Abstract Impulses series, color is never repeated here either: each piece develops its own chromatic identity, making the work unique and non-serial, even within a coherent line of inquiry.
The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, hand-signed by the artist.
