Description from the seller
Majestic decorative, historiated and pierced plate produced by the M.A.S. manufactory of Capodimonte.
The plate is handcrafted in relief with neoclassical-inspired cherub scenes; it is pierced and features colored and gold details. These decorative motifs are drawn from the typical Capodimonte decors, produced in the eighteenth century by the Richard Ginori manufactory of Doccia, the Royal Factory of Capodimonte, and other successful artisanal manufactories.
The M.A.S. Capodimonte brand is the leading player in the reissue of Capodimonte porcelain masterpieces. Active in the second half of the twentieth century, they produced many crafts inspired by Capodimonte porcelain, maintaining the technical skill and craftsmanship of the 18th-century creations.
The plate is in excellent condition, with no defects.
Measurements: 18 cm in diameter, 3.5 cm in height.
A very rare, prestigious object
