Antique triptych featuring an image of the Isenheim Altarpiece.
The whole thing is made of oak wood, glass, and paper.
A chain at the rear for securing.
Dating circa the 1920s–1930s, Dutch origin.
Condition is good, normal signs of aging.

The Isenheim Altarpiece is a carved and painted polyptych.
which originally stood in the chapel of the Antonites in Isenheim in
Alsace. It was made between 1512 and 1516. The sculpture is
by Niklaus von Hagenau and the painted panels by Matthias Grünewald.
The artwork is part of the collection of the Musée Unterlinden in Colmar.
