small chapel in Romanesque or medieval style with four depictions: the Visitation of Mary to her cousin Elizabeth, the Nativity of Jesus with a depiction of the Nativity scene, the Madonna enthroned with Jesus in her arms, surrounded by two angels, and the Christ Pantocrator (blessing a noble).
In the corners, four towers, hollowed out inside (a mortar? a pin holder? to insert a pin?); the base is cup-shaped.

It is probably an object created during the French medieval revival of the nineteenth century, though the originality cannot be ruled out.
