Vintage Thai bronze statue depicting the Hindu monkey god Hanuman and the mermaid Suvannamaccha. The statue is based on the epic poem Ramakien (the Thai version of the Indian Ramayana). Hanuman is usually shown on the right, reaching out his hand toward the figure of the mermaid. The figurines have a verdigris (greenish) patina with gold accents. Height: 21 cm, Weight: 1403 grams
