Description from the seller
Brusk is a French artist born in 1976 in Saint-Priest, near Lyon. He discovers street art in the 90s and creates his first graffiti at Lyon Part-Dieu train station. Subsequently, Brusk joins the École des beaux-arts de Saint-Étienne. A graduate, he joins DMV (Da Mental Vaporz), a crew highly reputed on a European scale.
In 2022, on the occasion of the French presidential elections (without taking a political stance, as the artist indicates), this revisitation of Liberty Leading the People by Eugène Delacroix is a call to vote. For the first time, the artist produced a time-limited edition that was available only for five days, from March 1 to March 5.
