AMA • Pope (1985) presents “Aurora Original Falso,” a resin Pop Art lamp in silver (argent) edition 4/30 from France, signed by hand in 2025, measuring 20 cm high by 9 cm wide by 9 cm deep and weighing 195 g, supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
AMA • Pope (1985) – « Aurora Original False » – 4/30
Following the success of the AMA Aurora Borealis series — copied, imitated and sometimes censored in the name of "brand ownership" — the artist Pope returns with an even bolder work.
This time, the tribute is paid to Spain, a country of excess, passion, and flamboyant irony: here is "Aurora Original Falso".
A unique Pop Art lamp, where the base proclaims outright " FALSE " on the front and " DO NOT BUY " on the sides. A provocative wink that turns the language of counterfeiting into an artistic manifesto.
The day, a chrome teddy bear with insolent and hypnotic reflections.
At night, a true luminous spectacle of artificial auroras that lights up your walls.
Two faces, one irony: turning a fake into an authentic work of art.
Limited edition of 30 copies for 2025, signed, numbered, and delivered with an AMA certificate of authenticity.
Fast and careful shipping (bubble wrap, tissue paper and reinforced cardboard) with signature required.
Features :
- 7 bright colors
- 3 diffusion modes (fixed, crossfades, simple transitions)
- Power supply via USB cable with switch (provided)
- Height: 20 cm
- Width: 9 cm
Depth: 9 cm
