This fine Rolex Precision 6694 is in superb vintage condition and shows only light signs of wear.
The watch underwent a full movement overhaul in December 2025, including: complete mainspring, gaskets, tube, a new crown and crystal.
The dial has been reconditioned and, as far as possible, restored to its original new condition.
The original hands have new lume.
The distinctive and highly beloved Riveted Oyster bracelet has been fully serviced and is stiff again; there is no play in the links and the bracelet even needs to be re-fitted. This bracelet revision has been a durable but costly intervention. Rolex did not manufacture their bracelets themselves in the past; the famous riveted Oyster bracelets and other early Rolex bracelets came from Gay Frères in Switzerland. For this revision a rare NOS bracelet from this maker was used to restore the original band. The original clasp and end links have been preserved, keeping authenticity as intact as possible. The result is a bracelet that feels firm and tight again, with identical links and comparable quality. This high-quality revision not only restores the watch's original appearance but also ensures a durable lifespan and a unique collecting value.
Water-resistance test at 3 bar performed; the readout comes with the watch.
Note: Band for maximum wrist size: 17 cm (with several more millimeters of space for fine adjustment in both directions)
