Alessio Bonini - Quadro Noioso (XL)

Piece created under the suggestions of the artist's book "Phenomenology of the Invisible," in which the neuroscientific approach of contemporary art is addressed. It is part of the collection/exhibition "Arabesque Mantra," presented at Galleria Civico 1 in Carrara between December 2024 and January 2025, and of the exhibition "Zatra" in Sarzana in the following spring and at "Arte nel Fragoleto" (a private luxury event reserved for industry experts) after which it participated in the "l'opera prima dell'opera" happening initiated by the artist himself as an act of democratization of the artistic gesture.
The artwork is currently part of a collection of 14 canvases, although it remains a unique piece since each work differs from the others.

The work has been published in contemporary art catalogs, as well as in journalistic outlets such as La Nazione and Il Secolo, in conjunction with the artist's first exhibition inspired by oriental travels, and also in sector catalogs and dedicated annuals in the field, projected at Times Square in 2025 on the big screen during a marketing campaign dedicated to the launch of the new collection.
Colorimetry shifts from ultramarine blues to cadmium yellows and represents a relationship of empathy and symbiosis with the natural environment. Designed as a generative fractal, the work is also visible through a kaleidoscope and manifests a gestural architecture that replicates the codes of nature and universal mathematical and physical theories.
Alessio Bonini is an international Ligurian painter who participated in Miami Art Basel 2023, listed in numerous magazines and technical catalogs, multi-awarded and collected mainly throughout Northern Europe and abroad from Texas to Singapore, for his extravagant and dystopian visions.
Actor and author of: Dell'amore e del colore and Fenomenologia dell'invisibile. Radio presenter, founder of Art-Hub and of the Onirica Film Festival, today he works mainly in Italy and Spain, designing theatrical stage sets, urban redevelopment projects, and teaching artistic disciplines from painting to sculpture to ceramics.
Currently on display at Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, as part of 'Alterspace,' with his/her first digital work, Etherna.
Artwork signed on the front and back, provided with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) stamped by the gallery with a double seal and initialed by the artist, represents an opportunity for collectors to own a piece of unique technical and economic prestige.
