Three-branch chandelier in silvered bronze – Chrysalia House, Paris, early 19th century
Three-arm chandelier in silvered bronze, French work from the late 19th century – early 20th century, made by the Parisian goldsmith house Chrysalia. The house was founded in the 19th century and is today located at 40 rue des Mathurins in Paris.
The chandelier rests on a polylobed molded base. The central shaft, finely turned, supports three gracefully curved light arms, terminated by circular bobeches. The ensemble presents balanced proportions and careful craftsmanship, characteristic of high-quality Parisian decorative metalsmithing.
The object is stamped CHRYSALIA with the note “18 g,” indicating thick silvering applied to bronze, in keeping with era practices.

Condition: very good overall. Silvering well preserved, even patina, light signs of use without impact or deformation.
