I am an artist from Poland. My training is in cosmetology and artistic makeup. I exhibit my paintings at various events.
Painting, for me, is like playing with paint. I’m not looking for a particular style or an end goal. I usually start impulsively, letting my imagination—or the 'now'—guide me. Which means reacting directly without further thought.
Each canvas is a new game in which experience or knowledge plays no role. I don’t give the canvases names, so it remains purely visual language. Do keep in mind that nature plays an unconscious role.
I am self-taught .. I work exclusively with acrylic paint and often with the palette knife. With many canvases I am at it for months; they go through a kind of `organische' growth. Setting up, changing, looking for a long time, sanding away, scraping away, smoothing, setting up again and so on. Ultimately a beautiful tension arises for me between movement and calm, usually in more earthy colors.
