A one-of-a-kind piece, entirely handmade—no sticker, no print, 100% hand-painted.
This metal canister has been transformed into a powerful street art piece and collector’s item, inspired by the world of legendary motorsport and the iconic style of KAWS.
At the center sits a revised Companion dressed as a Gulf pilot: a round sky-blue head with signature ears, eyes and gloves marked with the famous black Xs, a bright orange racing suit stamped with the iconic Gulf logo, matching sleeves and legs, glacier-blue boots. The character seems straight out of the paddocks, with a cool and rebellious attitude.
The result is a perfect fusion of the Gulf racing aesthetic from the 60s and 70s (Porsche, Ford GT40, Shelby Cobra…), the Pop Art heritage of KAWS, and the raw energy of contemporary graffiti.
Format: standard 200-liter drum (approximately 90 cm in height × 58 cm in diameter)
