A pair of landscape studies, an original oil painting on panel by Peter Negyesi, dated 1970–1980, country of origin unknown, sold with frame.
Description from the seller
I am offering for auction a pair charming 20th century oil on panels of rural landscapes with figures, by listed artist Peter Negyesi, born 1920. Both signed bottom left.
The paintings measure 39 x 29 cm. The frame is 48 x 38 cm.
Condition of the paintings is good. Please view all photos for accurate condition. Ready to hang.
Please note. Due to the fragile nature of old frames and glass, our shippers do not provide insurance for any damage caused during transit. We go to great lengths to ensure each painting is packed and protected to a very high standard but sadly cannot compensate or refund for any damage occurring to frames or glass during transit. Therefore the frame and any glass is a gift to you with zero value and you are bidding on the artwork only.
Due to Brexit, there are delays at EU customs borders though the situation is improving. Please do not blame me for delays or any customs duty payable. I really appreciate your understanding and patience. Steve.
