Description from the seller

Claudio Rolfi, born in Genoa in 1960, has always shown a great fascination with Italian art of the 20th century, influenced by masters such as Casorati, Morandi, Carrà, and de Chirico. Over his forty-year artistic career, he has participated in more than seventy solo exhibitions and countless art events, including television broadcasts dedicated entirely to him. Rolfi's artistic work has been featured in the most important newspapers, television, and radio stations. Among the most significant events are the large exhibition 'Centoeventigiorni' held at Santa Maria degli Angeli in Rome in 2002, inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni; the exhibition at the Dopmiziano Museum in Rome; a solo show at Mondadori in Milan; an exhibition at the Palace of Culture in Reggio Calabria; and the BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presented by Vittorio Sgarbi.
The Maestro's paintings have been used as set designs for the GEO broadcast on Rai 3 for about 6 years.
His works are part of many collections in Italy, the United States, Japan, Canada, and throughout Europe.

The work is a seascape, one of the Landscapes of Memory, in which the artist recalls places from his life and summers in Tuscany. The work is provided with a signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity and shipped via Fedex courier.
