About the artist:

Originally from the Paris suburbs, Socrate is an artist from the graffiti movement. She stages a highly contrasted universe by using the raw, immediate nature of graffiti. She elevates the strength and fragility of images, mainly the lines of femininity through intimate and glamorous representations.
Socrate blends a predominantly masculine discipline with the elegance and sensuality of feminine aesthetics. She has exhibited in several galleries around the world, alongside many prominent names such as Jonone, Orlinski, Onemizer, C215, Shepard Fairey, Invader, Kev Munday, Banksy.
