Description from the seller

Pair of table rivers (or “flower bridges” / linear centerpiece) in clear molded and cut crystal, Val Saint Lambert, from the official 1913 catalogue (section on pressed-molded articles and demi-crystal).

Late Art Nouveau style / transitioning to Art Deco, with the characteristic motif of festoons, hearts or stylized arches, combined with diamond-cut shapes, stars and deep facets. The "bridge" is a raised central arch with a scalloped edge, resting on two low rectangular platforms with toothed edges, all cut into intense prismatic motifs for maximum brilliance. The rectangle is a low, elongated piece, with a festooned edge, its base cut into crossed diamonds and stars, typical of table runners to align flowers, fruits or candles.

The bridge / central arch:
Weight: 1100 g
- Maximum height: 11 cm
- Overall length: 30.5 cm
- Width / depth: 4.5 cm × 4.5 cm

The rectangle / lower room:
Weight: 700 g
Height: 5 cm
- Length × width: 45 cm × 23 cm

Condition: very good. The crystal retains excellent transparency, brilliance, and clarity, with no cracks, major chips, or breakage. No signs of significant wear or repair. Unsigned (very common for the molded, standard models in the 1913 catalog), but identification confirmed by the attached catalog photos (see images provided for precise reference).

Iconic pieces from the Val Saint Lambert 1913 catalog (molded section), high-quality Belgian pressed and cut glass, sturdy and luminous. Ideal for a festive table, a linear centerpiece, a display cabinet, or an Art Nouveau/vintage collection.

Secure and fully insured shipping via Bpost. Reinforced and meticulously packaged (double crate, individually tailored padding in dense foam or thick bubble wrap, full protection of the scalloped edges, arches, and facets to prevent any impact).
