Peter Stahr - Neuland III - 2023 - 50 x 70 cm
This abstract seascape, predominantly painted in reddish tones, radiates a mystical and tranquil atmosphere. It invites a journey of discovery to personal places of longing. The title of the painting describes this inner journey to unknown shores and reveals a bit of my own associations and feelings during the painting process. Many thin layers of color and the blending of acrylic with various materials create greater depth and distinctive light effects.
