Description from the seller
Peter Stahr - Neuland III - 2023 - 50 x 70 cm
This abstract seascape, predominantly painted in reddish tones, radiates a mystical and tranquil atmosphere. It invites a journey of discovery to personal places of longing. The title of the painting describes this inner journey to unknown shores and reveals a bit of my own associations and feelings during the painting process. Many thin layers of color and the blending of acrylic with various materials create greater depth and distinctive light effects. The painting was exhibited at the Pop-Up Exhibition - Historisches Gutshaus Wienhausen near Celle, 2024, and at the ARTe art fair in Wiesbaden 2025. It has a lacquered wooden shadow-gap frame. Additionally, the sides of the painting are painted, so it can be hung without a frame. The painting is signed on the front and back and ready to hang. The surface of the painting has a varnish protective layer with UV protection.
My paintings are professionally packed by a specialized art transportation company, shipped via a trackable courier service, and insured for the value of the artwork. The shipment is delivered within three business days depending on the destination, via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT.
