Pair of bronze chandeliers – Louis XV / Rococo style – sand-cast

Elegant pair of bronze two-arm chandeliers, in Louis XV style (Rococo-inspired), richly decorated with foliate scrolls and acanthus motifs in graceful, flowing lines.

The chandeliers were made of sand-cast bronze, using a traditional technique, visible through the slight natural irregularities, the pronounced relief of the ornament, and the non-industrial appearance of the surfaces, notably inside the bobeches.

They have a beautiful, uniform antique patina that highlights the volumes and details of the decoration.
The set is stable and in good overall condition, with signs of use and aging consistent with its age (see photos), with no breakage or visible restoration.
