A beautiful and rare mid-18th-century oak chest with stunning color, shine, and patina.
Made from oak planks and with paneled sides.
The patina on the lid is very beautiful.
At the bottom of the chest, there are two drawers that are locked from the inside with a wooden pin.
Engraving 'D L' on the massive oak lid.
The bottom, inside, and back have a beautiful dry surface.
In quite good condition, with some old restorations.
Bottom and back panel of the chest are in good condition.

B= 130 - 136 cm. (smallest - biggest)
D = 53 - 54 cm. (deepest-deepest)

Recently thoroughly checked for loose parts of the construction and veneer. No active woodworm detected on 10/2/2026

The last three photos show the packaging method for international transport: Euro pallet with rack, stretch film, and sturdy thick cardboard or foam padding with at least two straps.
Due to the one-man delivery on a pallet, it will be delivered to the door. Please contact us if you live on an island, in a building without an elevator, or if you have any preferences regarding delivery (insurance).
