In this work, I sought to capture the raw energy and the ephemeral power of the sea. Using acrylic, I played with textures and contrasts to reflect the duality between tumult and tranquility. This semi-abstract painting is not just a representation of the sea but an evocation of the vastness and the indomitable strength of nature, thus adding a dynamic and inspiring presence to any space where it is displayed.

Emilie Cerles, a self-taught artist from Aveyron, creates abstract art using various tools and materials such as water and white vinegar. She enjoys experimenting with the effects of these materials to create natural lines and textures, constantly seeking to discover new techniques.
