Dianaskova's original contemporary painting Cavalier sur chameau, an acrylic and gold leaf work on canvas, 70 × 50 cm, signed, in excellent condition and ready to hang, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Contemporary figurative work depicting a Tuareg riding his camel, created in acrylic on canvas with the application of gold leaf. The textured gold background contrasts with the blue and ochre tones of the composition. Painting on a stretcher, ready to hang.
Dimensions : 70 × 50 cm.
This contemporary work depicts a Tuareg riding a camel, an emblematic figure of desert regions and nomadic travel. The scene is treated in a figurative manner, with a balanced composition and a strong presence of the central figure.
The background is created with gold leaf, applied in a deliberately irregular way, forming a textured surface that catches the light and adds depth and relief to the whole. Touches of turquoise and red enrich the composition and interact with the warm tones of the gilding.
The character, dressed in blue and partially veiled, is depicted with sobriety and expressiveness. The camel occupies an important place in the composition, treated with particular attention to volume and texture.
The artwork is executed in acrylic and gold leaf on canvas, mounted on a wooden stretcher frame. It is in good overall condition and ready to be hung.
