Description from the seller
Porcelain plate from the East India Company, datable to the eighteenth century, produced in China during the Qing dynasty, probably from the Qianlong period (c. 1750–1780).
Decorated in blue under glaze, it features a finely hand-painted floral motif and an ornamental border along the edge, reflecting the fusion between Chinese decorative tradition and Western taste of the eighteenth century.
