Adolphe Lechtenberg, Die vier Himmelsrichtungen, tempera on paper, original edition, 1997, signed by hand, 85.9 × 61 cm, Germany, abstract artwork.
Description from the seller
The colors of this image seem to dance together, as if moving to the rhythm of an invisible pulse. Red, blue and purple merge into a vibrating composition, like an echo of inner moods. The soft transitions recall rising fog that slowly changes into new forms. Despite its abstraction, the work radiates almost a physical presence, as if it breathes. The symmetry gives it a quiet order that keeps drawing the gaze to the center. It is an image that is experienced rather than merely observed — a play of colors that continues in the mind long after you have let it go.
The painting is executed in tempera on paper. It is shipped rolled. The shipping costs include postage, packing materials, and the labor involved in dispatch.
