(emblem of Austria) At the bottom, from a central bow, a laurel branch extends to either side. At the top, from a central bouquet of flowers, to either side a richly blooming trailing spray that in the corners is held back by a clasp. At the bottom right there is damage where the last two digits of the year used to be. All of it lies recessed between profiled edges that frame the whole.
