Monacelli, Formularium Legale Practicum Fori Ecclesiastici, a Latin folio edition bound in full parchment with gold-tooled spine, published in 1772 by Ex Typographia Heredis Nicolai Pezzana in Venice, consisting of three parts bound as a complete single volume, about 700 pages, 38 cm by 25 cm, in very good condition.

Rare folio edition of this famous juridical formulary of the Ecclesiastical Court, written by Francesco Monacelli, a prelate expert in canon law. It was first published in 1706 and later significantly enlarged in successive editions.
Francesco Monacelli, a practical legal formulary for the Ecclesiastical Court, divided into three parts, Venice, printed by the heirs of Nicola Pezzana, 1772.
3 parts bound together in a single volume, complete works.
Pp.: (VIII), 691, (I). COMPLETE, with a folded plate outside the text.
An exemplar with cards in overall very good condition, with the usual signs of wear and aging. Old restoration on the reverse of the last card, with the loss of only a few letters of text.
Contemporary binding in full parchment with a gold title on the spine, well preserved overall. White endpapers. Red edges. Ex-libris label of the private library, now extinct, of Abbot Andrea Palazzi.
