Description from the seller

Two glances, one breath held.
The iconic Hotel, wedged like a stubborn thought among the mountain bends, defies logic and time.
The road swirls around it in a hypnotic ritual, while the supercars, powerful, become color accents in a world suspended in black and white.
This diptych is a silent vertigo: it tells of isolation and perseverance, the solitude of the architecture against the vastness of the landscape.
Here travel is not movement, but a tension-filled wait, as if every bend were a promise never quite kept.

Two limited edition photographs by Fabio Accorrà with two 40x50cm frames included.

The photographic prints, which will be accompanied by the certificate of authenticity, will be framed, stamped, and signed directly by me, the author of the work. The entire process, from printing to shipping, is personally overseen by me, to ensure a service of the highest quality and originality.

It is often said that my images resemble paintings because of the richness of colors, depth, and texture of the materials I use. For these special prints, I use the highest quality paper and inks that retain their colors for a lifetime and are UV resistant. I personally print and frame all my prints, having spent years mastering this skill. I prefer to maintain control over all stages of production to ensure you receive a perfect image, always with a careful eye on eco-sustainability.

Fabio Accorrà (1984) is an Italian travel photographer.

Born in 1984, a lifelong traveler, he began photography in the 1990s, developing his first rolls of film and using Polaroid cameras. Photography has left an indelible mark on every one of his journeys, from the remote landscapes of Lapland to the chaotic life of New York and Tokyo, from the sands of the desert to the power of Icelandic nature, to the outer reaches of Greenland. From Salgado to Steve McCurry, his inspiration has led him to explore both travel photography and traditional black and white photography.

His publications and photography exhibitions across Italy are diverse. To name a few of the most important: in 2019 he published The Colors of Japan, published by Erga, a photographic project that recounts his journey to Japan, and in the same year he exhibited at the Consulate General of Japan a photographic show with an excerpt from the book's photographs. In 2020 he achieved success with the photographic exhibition 'The Colors of Japan' at the Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art in Genoa.

He participated in the Wiki Loves Monuments photography contest with Wikimedia Italia for the Abruzzo Region in the 2019 and 2020 editions. In May 2021, aided by the pandemic that kept him from his long travels, he publishes “I Colori di Genova” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic book that tells the beauties of his beloved city. In June 2022 he published his third photographic book, “Venezia colori e parole del silenzio” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic reportage that portrays Venice as it had never been seen before, deserted during the last lockdown.

In December 2023 he received the 'Genoa Talent Award 2023' from Genoa's Mayor Marco Bucci on the recommendation of the Genoa Talents Committee of the Municipality of Genoa.

Seller's Story
