Ronald Hunter presents Ceci n'est pas une affiche, an original mixed-media acrylic on paper (A2, 42 × 59.4 cm) in a modern style depicting a summer scene, signed by the artist, in excellent condition, created in 2026 in the Netherlands, with yellow, black, blue and pink colouring, shipped rolled in a tube and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Description from the seller
Size: A2 (42 × 59.4 cm)
Medium: Acrylic on Paper
Mixed media on paper
- Ceci n'est pas une affiche - This is not a poster
Image:
The sky-blue upper field creates openness and air. The white floral silhouettes soften the surface, almost playful, almost naïve — but not decorative in a traditional sense. They feel like cut-outs, like borrowed symbols placed into a more structured world.
Across the middle, the black horizontal band with pink halftone dots becomes the visual anchor. It immediately references print culture — screenprint, newspaper raster, pop art language. The dots give rhythm and tactility; from a distance it reads as texture, up close it becomes mechanical and precise. There’s a tension between something industrial and something organic.
Created by Ronald Hunter - Abstract artist, creating colorful artworks for everyone.
Shipped rolled in a tube.
Each piece is an original, signed by the artist on the front and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Worldwide shipping available. Delivery typically takes around 3 days depending on destination, with up to 5 business days for preparation.
