"A Date Night with the Lights of New York"
A romantic and evocative vertical cityscape, this work captures the shimmering allure of the skyline at night. It comes with a prestigious history, having been a featured piece in a Vienna exhibition. It is also officially published in the artist's visual autobiography, "Lens and Life."
"City of Light, City of Night"

From Office Files to Times Square: My Journey in Light
Hello, I am Viktoria Farkas. My artistic journey is proof that it is never too late to reinvent yourself. Until recently, I was working in an office environment, but in 2020, I embarked on a life-changing adventure to the United States. My mission was twofold: to master a new language and to dive deep into the world of photography.
Trading my office chair for a camera, New York City became my classroom. I had the privilege of learning from renowned masters like Lindsay Adler and connecting with professionals like Norbi Bánhalmi. What started as a search for new possibilities quickly turned into a true calling.
My breakthrough moment came when one of my photographs was selected by the Art Square NY gallery to be displayed on a giant billboard in Times Square—a long way from the office files where I started. This passion has taken me from hunting for lighthouses in Maine to chasing waterfalls in Watkins Glen, eventually leading to the publication of my visual autobiography, "Lens and Life," featuring my 100 favorite black-and-white images.
Today, based in Budapest but available worldwide, photography is more than just a skill for me—it is my true love language and the way I connect with the world.
