Description from the seller
Impressive pocket watch, with calendar function in excellent condition and working. The watch measures 5.1 cm in diameter. The porcelain dial is black and the numbering and calendar are white in excellent condition, with no nicks. I want to highlight to collectors that this watch is somewhat uncommon since to set the time it must be done with a key [included]. To wind it, you can do so either by the crown movement (like a normal watch) or by key. The calendar function works perfectly; once the hands reach 24 hours, the large hand that marks the day changes correctly. To set the hand to the desired day, there is no button or lever; the movement must be done by moving the hand with your finger (somewhat unusual). I want to emphasize that the watch is completely original and has no missing pieces in the mechanism, and both the covers and the movement are numbered with the same number [N° 24015]. The watch has no dents or dings and all its covers open and close perfectly. It is a rather uncommon watch, in excellent condition, despite its more than 130 years of age.
