The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before returning them individually to our collectors without any constraints. Transport costs include all charges from the United States to your home.

If the work is damaged, you must refuse delivery and note the reason for the refusal on the delivery slip, mentioning problems such as “broken,” “scratched,” “damaged” or “crushed.” If only the packaging is damaged but the contents are intact, you may accept the package. Conversely, if both the packaging and the contents are damaged, you must refuse the package without hesitation. Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, rose to prominence in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking among the top ten sculptors under 30 years old according to Artprice in that same year. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him as one of the fifty best contemporary artists, inspired by traditional American icons, in its book FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the French President warmly congratulated Karl on his impressive 2-meter bronze sculpture One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl’s artistic journey began at age 7 with collages, spurred by his meeting with sculptor César Baldaccini. He later turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while remaining passionate about collages. The artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to merge his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

2026: - Finalization of the work One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters tall and 7 tons. The world's largest One Dollar sculpture created by the artist.

2025: - Installation of the monumental work Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the new Pavillon des Bains, on the Promenade Michel d’Ornano, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.

2024: - Art Miami - Group shows Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. For the occasion, a 1.8-meter bronze cryptogram and a 2-meter One Dollar were displayed during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival, for which the artist created 18 bronze trophies as well as a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at the CID. The artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar in front of the St. Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.
- Rapper Rick Ross posed with a special St. Regis edition One Dollar.

2022: - New York: Times Square NY City, projection on the Nasdaq screen of the work “A One Dollar in the Cyberspace City.”

2017: - Karl Lagasse succeeds the prestigious Cartier House in creating the Deauville American Film Festival trophies.

2016: - Art Fair Paris at the Grand Palais
- A “One Dollar” two meters tall, entirely cast in bronze, was exhibited at the Art Paris fair.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally congratulated the artist for his work.
- First in Spain at the Atrium Gallery in Marbella, solo exhibition with new collections in the presence of the international press and the mayor of the city, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. Special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati with the creation of a monumental installation entitled “A Piece of Heaven on Earth.” This work consists of a Maserati covered with a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several sculptures representing one-dollar bills are laid on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity’s greatest debt.

2014: - Maserati presents the world premiere of the Maserati Ghibli reimagined by artist Karl Lagasse on the occasion of the brand’s centennial.
- Solo exhibition at the Italian embassy in Paris. The Italian ambassador in France organized a dinner in his presence, around the artist’s works.

2013: - Collective exhibition Automobile Club de France, Place de la Concorde, Paris.

2012: - Karl gave the city of Deauville a bronze Crytogram One sculpture, which remains permanently at the city entrance.
- For the 65th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival, Karl created a sculpture “Building” made of a collage of photos tracing the festival’s key moments.
