AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

My work is rooted in the language of abstract expressionism, where each canvas becomes a space for emotional release and quiet reflection. I paint intuitively—layering paint, delicate textures, and luminous color fields that evoke transformation, stillness, and resilience. The process is both meditative and raw, allowing the materials to speak as much as the intention behind them.

I’m drawn to the tension between chaos and harmony. Some pieces erupt with movement and saturated hues, while others whisper in muted tones and subtle gradients. Texture plays a vital role—thick impasto meets translucent washes, inviting viewers to explore the surface and the silence beneath.

Each painting is a story without words—a moment captured in motion, a feeling suspended in pigment. Through this visual language, I seek to connect with others on a symbolic and emotional level, offering space for contemplation, resonance, and wonder beneath.

Award winner on Teravarna and Artist space, accepted – 2025 “Art as a Response to Mental Health” Doncaster Art fair, Exhibition and"Echoes of Us" – An Online Visual Art Exhibition Cista arts and featured on Collect Art.
Previously has exhibited at the Scottish Society of Artists in Edinburgh, the Royal Glasgow Institute, Rodger Billcliffe gallery, the compass gallery, Art exposure gallery, Art Fair East, Roys Art Fair, the Seagull gallery Gourock , a group show at the Tron, a group show at The Norman Cross gallery and a one person show art The Norman Cross.
