AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

A magnificent page from the legendary 'Caramel et Romulus', created for the magazine Robbedoes in 1944, issued in book form in 1946 (Dutch edition 1948).
This page is therefore more than 80 years old!
It appears to be drawn on a kind of parchment (made from animal skin). In any case, it's not ordinary drawing paper.

At that time, Sirius was clearly inspired by Disney. Karamel en Romulus is regarded by connoisseurs as one of the highlights of Sirius's oeuvre, who later specialized more in the realist genre, such as in the series Blauwe Sperwer and Timoers.
Fully signed in the last picture.

The fact that this page has been colorized is remarkable.

The condition of the page is good. The top-left corner has been cut off. This is outside the drawn area.

A great opportunity to snag another genuine classic at a nice price.

Will be carefully packaged and shipped by registered mail. Albums are not included.
