Description from the seller
In this work, “Casa Blanca”, I continue exploring the house as an essential symbol of memory and of emotional territory. This solitary architecture, suspended in a landscape built up by layers of color, does not represent a concrete place, but an inner state: a space of refuge, of search and of resistance. The deep sky, the chromatic bands, and the horizontality of the field function as records of time, as traces of overlapping experiences, where each color holds a lived experience, a loss or a hope. The house remains firm, vertical, almost silent, like a presence that watches and resists the passage of everything else.
My work is built from painting as an act of memory: I paint to fix what moves, to give form to what tends to disappear. “Casa Blanca” is part of ongoing research into the home as identity, as roots and as an open question. It is a piece conceived to dialogue with the viewer’s space, offering emotional depth and visual strength. Acquiring this piece means integrating into your collection an authentic fragment of this artistic journey, a unique work where matter, color, and life experience coexist, created to endure and continue generating meaning over time.
