Description from the seller

Tsubame Bread Knife – Made in Japan

Handmade in Tsubame-Sanjo

This elegant bread knife is crafted in Tsubame-Sanjo, a Japanese metalworking region known worldwide for its precision craftsmanship.

The unique blade design, combining serrated edges on both ends with a straight blade in the center, effortlessly slices through all types of bread.

The serrated edge gently makes the initial cut, even in thick, crusty baguettes. As you begin to cut, the straight blade glides smoothly along the inside, minimizing resistance and delivering clean, precise slices.

Soft breads slice without crushing, while sturdier breads retain their shape and beauty.
The sensation is so smooth it's as if the blade is being sucked into the bread.

This minimizes crumbs and leaves a clean, polished edge.
