About the artist
Ciscø was born in 1979 in Hauts-de-France. A passionate visual artist and self-taught, he began painting at a young age. Today, he reworks collectible banknotes—especially Francs—into iconic and pop culture-themed works.
The artist adds a unique and exclusive touch to this symbolic piece that has become an interconnection between the past and the present. His nostalgia for the Francs guides him toward this artistic theme that he personally cherishes. Incidentally, Cisco has produced a short film in the image of this ancient currency. A video on YouTube: "Nostalgie des Francs". Today, his works travel across the regions of France and cross European borders. Happy to live a growing artistic passion, Ciscø sells worldwide to private collectors and multiplies exhibitions in France and abroad (Australia, United States, Belgium, Morocco) to share his artistic universe.
