Seiko is a luxury watch brand founded in Japan in 1881. It offers timepieces at the cutting edge of technology known worldwide for their style and performance. In the 1960s, Seiko became known on the international sports timing stage with a new generation of high-precision equipment named Prospex Speedtimer. Today, it rereleases this model that represents its professional heritage in timing. Launched under reference SSC943P1, this watch combines modern technology with a retro-inspired aesthetic. It comes with a round case crafted from solid, durable stainless steel. In silver, it features a brushed finish on the surfaces and a polished effect on the sides for a sophisticated and timeless look. It is presented with a diameter of 41.40 mm and a thickness of 13 mm, well-thought dimensions for comfortable and practical wear. The perfectly round bezel is equipped with a green insert marked by a tachymeter scale for increased practicality and visibility. Unidirectional, it surrounds a domed sapphire crystal that gives it presence and a very appreciated vintage look. Protecting the dial from scratches, it is anti-reflective, allowing excellent legibility of the readings. On the right side, there is a knurled crown that ensures the setting of the hours, minutes and date. On either side of it are the pushers, carefully brushed, used to operate the chronograph. All of it is paired with a screw-down case back that promises a water resistance of 10 ATM.

This model is powered by a Swiss-made solar quartz movement. More precisely, it is the V192 calibre with undeniable performance and an impressive precision of ±15 seconds per month. It offers a six-month power reserve, and if the watch is almost fully charged, the second hand starts jumping every two seconds. Powered by any light source, it provides a reliable analog display, a date function, and a chronograph complication.

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, i.e. 100 meters. We're talking about a waterproof model here! This stylish model is therefore ready to happily jump with you into an aquatic world. From puddles to the pool, this timepiece will tolerate swims without complaint! A shower, a bath and lap swimming beside you don't scare it.

The bracelet of this watch is very comfortable. It is made of black bovine leather and is enhanced by green stitching and a micro-perforated finish that reinforces its vintage look. Measuring 21 mm in width at the lug, it comes with a simple deployant buckle with sturdy push buttons that will give you peace of mind when the watch remains securely on your wrist.
