Villeroy & Boch Wildrose
The Wildrose dinnerware has a unique character. It combines the aura of nobility and country look, of elegant table culture and familial coziness.
The hand-painted floral decoration shows open flowers, stems, and leaves.
The successful Wildrose series features bulbous and rounded shapes that feel pleasing in the hand. The handle design in deep green alludes motif-wise to the natural unevenness of rose stems, contributing to the series' unmistakability.
History of the company Villeroy & Boch:
Villeroy & Boch AG, abbreviated V&B (also “VB”), is a German manufacturer of ceramics, with origins dating back to 1748. The company is named after its two founders François Boch and Nicolas Villeroy and, after more than 275 years, remains largely owned by the Boch-Galhau families (major shareholders) and Villeroy de Galhau. The headquarters of Villeroy & Boch are located in the Alte Abtei in Mettlach, Saarland, a monastic building that was abandoned during the French Revolution. In addition, there are 13 production sites in Europe and Asia. The products are distributed in around 125 countries.
