Original abstract expressionist acrylic painting Tokyo Blues - XXL by Dutch artist Jovan Srijemac (born 1962), 105 × 120 cm, signed, dated 2025, in excellent condition; rolled for shipping and unframed.
Description from the seller
Unique large abstract painting with total canvas size (with extra white borders) 105 x 120 x 01 cm. The work was painted in 2025. The painting will be shipped rolled, without a stretcher frame. Once mounted on the frame, the canvas size (image) is 95 x 110 x 2 cm.
In this work, I released my deepest emotions, causing bold colors and powerful brushstrokes to intertwine in a dynamic dance. From the chaos, a sense of harmony emerges. This 'Action painting' provides a good feeling and relaxation. The work is painted with acrylic paint on XXL canvas. The paint is applied in various expressive layers with much dynamism on the canvas. The dynamism, expression, and freedom of the artist's creative expression are clearly visible.
Attention: For buyers from the Netherlands who wish to pick up the painting themselves, it is possible, upon consultation and for an additional fee, to have the canvas stretched on the stretcher frame.
Original, very unique abstract expressionist work by Dutch professional/contemporary artist (since the early 1980s) Jovan Srijemac (1962). This work fits well in a modern interior or office space.
Condition: the work is excellent, varnished, with a certificate of authenticity.
The chaos of ideas that has arisen in my mind, the inwardly drained energy, wants to burst outward like a volcano, becoming an explosion and a symphony of colors on the canvas, framed by matter, figures, faces, or an abstract composition.
From the unconscious, often chaotic and explosive application of paint on the canvas, arise initially unplanned figures, objects, portraits, or an abstract composition. Just like the unplanned conception of a child: birth, growing up, shaping personality, and life. Often conceived unexpectedly, we are born, we grow up, and we are all framed within our bodies, our structure, but each is unique in its own way.
