This work is created on a typical African artisanal fabric, bogolan, known for its symbolic decorative motifs, from which the title The Four Directions derives. The rhythmic texture of the fabric becomes an integral part of the composition, evoking a sense of orientation, balance, and connection.

In the center there is an element made of paper pulp with embossed impressions, which symbolically evokes the planet Earth. The red color, intense and vibrant, alludes to the creative fire, the principle of energy, transformation, and the origin of life.
