Description from the seller
This dynamic geometric composition draws from the aesthetics of constructivism and early abstraction. Intersecting triangles, circles, and sharp lines contrast with a blurred, pastel background, creating a sense of movement and depth. The characteristic red border serves as a painted frame, completing the piece. It is an expressive work by Romek Artak that blends mathematical form with a modern artistic commentary.
The painting does not require a frame; the sides are painted.
To EU countries, all paintings are shipped in a cardboard box via the international courier company DPD.
Romek Artak is a contemporary visual artist whose work is distinguished by a dynamic exploration of abstract forms and a rich, intense palette of colors. His works, although devoid of references to a specific reality, emanate a strong emotional charge and a deep fascination with pure form. A key moment in his artistic development was his postgraduate studies at the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (Poland). There, the artist deepened his knowledge of color theory and refined principles of composition. During this time, he also gained an awareness of the diversity of painting techniques, which allowed him to experiment with new means of expression. Artak passionately explores how simple shapes can gain visual appeal through the skillful application of various textures and innovative color combinations on a uniform background. His works constitute a fascinating dialogue between form, color and texture.
Romek Artak is a member of the anonymous Artistic Collective "SŁABE TO".
