In Between Plans, the composition is built as a confrontation between dimensions: surfaces that seem architectural tilt, cross, and dissolve into a space where depth is suggested more by the chromatic tension than by traditional perspective. The work lives in this interval — between layers, between physical and mental planes, between spontaneous gesture and geometric structure.

Intense blues and saturated yellows create vertical axes that evoke facades, corridors, or fragments of an imagined city. On this almost structural base, gestural interventions arise — quick brushstrokes, runs and graphic marks — that interrupt the order and introduce movement. The contrast between construction and impulse, between restraint and freedom, establishes a constant dialogue across the surface.

The sensation is of being in a liminal space: neither interior nor exterior, neither static nor collapsing. Each plane seems to suggest a passage, a detour, or a point of escape that never reveals itself fully. The work invites the observer to inhabit this “between” — a territory where perception oscillates and where color becomes emotional architecture.
