Description from the seller
“Luz que florece” is an original work by Lisbet García belonging to her floral series, in which color becomes the main expressive vehicle. The painting explores the expansion of light through flowers that seem to sprout from the pigment itself, rather than from the earth.
Dominated by intense yellows, deep blues, and pink accents, the composition creates a sense of upward movement, as if the vital energy were rising and dispersing into space. The gestural and fragmented brushwork adds dynamism and a rich texture that reinforces the sense of growth and transformation.
The title alludes to the idea of light as a creative force, capable of giving rise to life, to hope, and to emotional renewal. “Luz que florece” offers a sensorial experience where color is not only observed but felt, establishing a direct link between the artwork and the viewer. Painted on canvas, the piece is designed to be exhibited framed or unframed, depending on the dialogue one wishes to create with the space.
