Two-item set: a 1930 iron letter scale from the Netherlands with an adjustable zero knob and gram scales 0–500 g (and 0–100 g on the alternate side), plus a steel Art Nouveau stapler from 1896 by E.H. Hotchkiss of Norwalk, Connecticut, both in excellent condition.

This letter scale dates from 1930 and is in very nice condition. The scale has an adjustment knob to set to zero and an adjustable scale division. By moving the red counterweight up or down, you change the scale. The scale is subdivided into grams, from 0 to 500 grams, and on the other setting from 0 to 100 grams.
Comes with a sturdy steel stapler, Art Nouveau style from 1896. Manufactured by E.H. Hotchkiss, No. 1 stapler in Norwalk, Connecticut.
In very good condition, the mechanism still works, see photos. About 11.5 cm high, 10 cm wide and 5 cm deep.
