his work is based on reconstructing the icons of luxury using materials that tell stories of poverty and suffering, such as the timbers of the planks of migrant boats that sank in the Mediterranean, to emphasize their ephemerality and the differences in social classification.
It pushes the viewer to question the meaning of luxury, creating in his works a palpable tension between allure and rejection, blending aesthetics and violence.
