María is a visual artist whose work explores female central memory through a symbolic language that fuses the poetic, the ritual, and the sensory. Her practice integrates charcoal, acrylics, oils, resins, mixed media to shape archetypes and figures that embody deep emotions, genealogical roots, and inner states of the soul.
Each piece functions as a space of spiritual resonance, articulated through brief texts that amplify the aesthetic experience and connect the viewer with an intimate and symbolic territory.
María has held solo exhibitions in Spain, Italy, and France and has participated in group shows in Paris, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and the Emirates, consolidating an international presence coherent with the universal dimension of her work, participating in an international competition in South Korea where she was selected, where she has received nominations and recognitions for the conceptual and emotional strength of her artistic proposal.
Her work sits at a crossroads between the ancestral and the contemporary. Her works are part of private collections and curatorial projects that value authenticity to visual narrative and the ritual dimension of art.
