Rare attention: numbered 32/999 but only the first 150 copies were produced. Production was halted at the painter's death.
Ceramic sculpture glazed, delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
LAST remaining piece. Sculpture permanently exhausted thereafter.
Ceramic menorah by the painter Guillaume Corneille, co-founder member of the Cobra group with Asger Jorn, Karel Appel, Constant, Dotremont, Alechinsky and Jacques Doucet among others
Ceramic sculpture from 2007 with a very beautiful blue glaze and an eye in lapis lazuli for the bird, on each face.
Multiple readings with the bird in front of a branching structure. The bird and the tree are recurring motifs in Guillaume Corneille's painting.
Signed, dated by the artist's own hand under the base.
Dimensions: 31 x 28 x 7 cm
